Our mission is to provide great interactive discussions hosted by topic experts, reward our members who contribute to these discussions with valuable rewards, and support worthy charities.
So how does our reward system work?
First, 20% of all of our subscriber revenues are set aside to fund the reward program. These funds are divided into four categories. Each month we issue as many rewards as can be paid from each category fund. For example, our largest reward is a $10,000 travel voucher for a dream vacation. If at the end of any month we had $27,000 available in that category, we would issue two awards, and the remaining funds would carry forward to the next month. In this way we always issue the maximum number of awards for each category, while keeping funds separate to maintain a consistent percentage for each category.
So how do you earn points?
Everything that you do in a discussion generates points for you. You earn points for viewing, rating and commenting on participant's content, adding your own ideas and questions, and also when other members view, rate, or comment on your ideas. Each month the highest point earners are selected from the community based on the current month's total points earned.
So how are rewards distributed?
Each month the highest point earners each receive a reward from the Dream Vacation category until all of the rewards have been issued from the available funds, at which time we issue rewards from the Weekend Getaway category, and so forth until all rewards have been issued for the month.
We do have a few rules that you should be aware of. Members are limited to earning one $10,000 Dream Vacation per year of membership, and a maximum of four $1,000 Weekend Getaways per year of membership (one per quarter) . Members can earn an unlimited number of rewards in the other categories.

Monthly Subscription
For your monthly subscription of $9,95 USD, you have full access to as many of the hosted discussions as you would like to participate in. There are fresh discussions started regularly. Each discussion is managed by an expert host. You can read the content presented by the host, add your ideas to the discussion, and rate and comment on the ideas others have posted. In any case, you earn points as you contribute to the discussions, and these points convert into valuable rewards.

Rewards Program
Twenty percent of your monthly subscription fee goes into the community reward program. Members receive rewards based on the quality and quantity of their contribution to the community discussions. The quality is based on a peer interaction with your content, so every member has an equal opportunity to participate and earn rewards. Charitable Contribution
The Women to Women community dedicates ten percent of all of our monthly subscription fees to a great charity each month as a show of our compassion and support to organizations throughout the world that are helping to lift the burden of poverty, disease, abuse, and provide shelter and education, Community members get an opportunity to 'vote' on their favorite causes, and we spotlight the organization that is selected to receive our support. The community may choose just one cause, or may decide to help several at once. It's really nice to have an affordable way to make a positive difference in the lives of others. You will then be charged $9.95 per month until you unsubscribe from the services. Access to the community will be immediate upon successful completion of the billing process. Innocent children suffer from diseases or adult caused problems, and it tears at our hearts, and we feel helpless to relieve their pain. But, we can do something! The Breast Cancer Research Foundation is an independent 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization whose mission is to achieve prevention and a cure for breast cancer in our lifetime by providing critical funding for innovative clinical and translational research at leading medical centers worldwide, and increasing public awareness about good breast health.
In 2011, the American Cancer Society estimates that about 230,480 new cases of invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed among women in the United States, and that about 39,520 women will die from the disease.
At this time there are about 2.5 million breast cancer survivors in the United States. Breast cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in women, exceeded only by lung cancer. In men, 2,140 new cases were projected in the U.S. in 2011, with 450 deaths.
Since its inception, the Foundation has raised over $350 million to support clinical and translational research at medical institutions across the globe conducting the most advanced and promising breast cancer research that will help lead to prevention and a cure in our lifetime. BCRF support for promising yet untried ideas is a crucial component of this research.
You can be confident that the maximum amount of your donation will support lifesaving research. With our exceptionally low administrative costs, BCRF continues to be one of the most efficient organizations in the country. We are consistently listed as an "A+" charity by The American Institute of Philanthropy (AIP). BCRF is currently the only cancer organization to hold this ranking.
